The most important thing to eat are proteins animate to eat and you will see the changes.
whole eggs becuase the egg is protein that makes the muscle have the necessary material (mass) to start growing.

fish oil
fruits like bananas apples etc
vegetables and some times a little bit of dietary fat because if you do sport without having the body will need to take some reserve that you have in the body so you will become skinner but its not good for your health.Even do is not so good and it has a lot of calories but not efficient energy.
We can compare the muscle with a house because if you eat proteins is like buying bricks you allready have the materials but you need a little bit of sport.
